Day 1:
Depart Arusha for a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, with diverse ecosystems and famous for elephant, birdlife and hippos. Continue to the Highland town of Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2:
Enjoy a day trip to the Lake Eyasi area where you’ll visit with the remaining tribe of Bushmen in East Africa, the Wa-Haadzabe. Return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:
Depart for Serengeti National Park; home to the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth.

Day 4:
Full day’s game driving in Serengeti National Park.

 

Day 5:
Travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you’ll enjoy a tour of the world famous Olduvai Gorge, followed by a trip to the Ngorongoro Crater, Africa’s “Garden of Eden”. Afternoon drive back to the lovely highland town of Karatu.

Day 6:
Leisurely morning at the lodge and return to Arusha after lunch.
